Heritage Hotel became our home for almost two weeks after arriving in the US prior to a long-term apartment. The location is very convenient, and the amenities like pools and GYM are a great bonus of staying there. The staff is so friendly and ready to help. Great area to walk around

The breakfast buffet was quite good, except the sausages were tough and difficult to cut into bite-sized pieces....

I found the entire staff to be amazing, caring, and on top of everything!! Mr. Tristan let us check in early. It meant so much to us. Also, I needed a different room( allergic to dogs). He immediately set us up in 302/ it was perfect! The gym and staff there-in are outstanding!Wonderful hot tub/ steam room/ Breakfast okay/ Mr. John reached out polititely to me! GOING BACK SOON! 302 was quiet!!

The hotel was terrific. The catering staff was a 10 on a 10 scale. We were there for an expo and were very pleased with almost everything! The food looked and tasted great...and when something on the buffet was running low, the staff was right there with fresh and new to replace it.

The area surrounding is fascinating. The hotel facilities were amazing too (GYM, pool, garden area)

I loved that the pet friendly room was on the first floor. That made it easier to bring in a crate and take the dog out
